I use this atleast twice a month. Sometimes more. I think it has single handily kept my hair moisturized and prevented breakage everytime i use it. Especially after i perm my hair my hair feels soft and moisturized

Just received order and it was in perfect condition and the pump works. I was a little scared after seeing the broken bottles in reviews but it arrived with double plastic wrap around cap and bottle. Excited to use!

I love this product. I have been using it for years. I get perms on an off and on basis, and it helps keep my hair in great shape.

Securely delivered and packaged well. It's very thick, conditioning to my hair. My hair is very coily, wooly and thick. It smell like an old school salon back in the 90s. It doesn't smell bad at all to me. When I used it growing up, it smelled the same way. It's not greasy, very moisturizing, and good value for the money. I'm happy they increase the size.The only con: the pump has a small opening so it comes out small, and I had to struggle with the pump. The pump can use an upgrade or do away with them pump and just use a cap for scooping out.

Always worth the money and wait

I've used this twice in the past month and i love it. I was hesitant at first to buy this because of the mixed reviews i read online. Mostly because of the smell and also some say it's greasy. To me it smells like good old school hair products with a medical band-aid type smell, but it's not that bad. The texture is like a creamy lotion, not greasy at all. It absorbs very well and washes out easily.The first time i used it, i applied it to my hair for 15 minutes after using shampoo and conditioner then covering my hair with a shower cap. The second time, i applied it to my dry hair, covered it with a cap and left it on overnight. Then in the morning i washed it out, afterwards i shampooed and conditioned my hair. The results are awesome. I relax my hair all the time and i always use heat on my hair. I didn't realize my hair was in bad condition. This conditioning cream has made my hair feel soft and it looks healthy. And you can't beat the price. This big bottle is gonna last me a long time. So happy i found this.

Used it immediately after I got it. Left it in for like 3-4 hours and rinsed it out. Oh my goodness…..my curls….were literally so defined and beautiful! Soft! I have heat damage in the middle of my strands and it’s always frizzy, this product brought my curls back to life. I’m going to keep using it and next time I’m getting a bigger one. Amazing product very moisturizing my curls look juicy, soft and defined. My hair is so easy to detangle after using this product. I recommend 100%.I was losing my curls due to heat damage but this product brought them to life love it 🥰

I love the product but it says pack of six I only received one.Where are the others?

The conditioner is great! I love that the conditioner has Argan oil which left my hair feeling soft, shiny, manageable and healthy looking; I love the scent a lot. It's not overpowering and I sit under the dryer for 30 minutes; I then rinse my hair and voila! Beautiful hair and beautiful conditioner! I always like Queen Helene products very much and I trust the brand to do its job which it does brilliantly! Thank you, Queen Helene!

I love this conditioner!! For best results, slather it on before you wash your hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes then wash your hair as normal. You'll be amazed at the results, my post pregnancy dry and brittle hair is restored to sleek and shiny softness. Plus a little goes a long way!
