I consumed it after speaking to my doctor about it. No matter how much time I had given before, the soreness on my ankle would keep coming back. This was hampering my workout, and I could not do any jumping or running stuff. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see results after a few months of consuming it. My pain was gone, and to the day, I did not even need to do another x-ray to confirm it (although I would anyway). Long story short, the product seems genuine. And in 2 years, never had I faced any issue with it. Even my hair grew pretty long; not sure if it is because of the collagen or because I gave my hair time to grow. I think brittle hair happens because of lifestyle choices and not because of a collagen powder. However, I was initially repulsed by the semen-like smell and bitter taste of the product and consumed it with hot coffee. Now I am kind of used to it.
