Not good. Doesn’t charge or work.
The device didn’t work at all. Worked for one time and then checked again after a week and it stopped working completely. It doesn’t even charge. It’s not even been a month. Please take this back and send a functional one. Or return my money.

It's just ok, barely lasted more than a year
Doesn't quite hit the spots i need massaged, but not too bad. HOWEVER! My unit just quit working today. It doesn't turn on at all, and it was just charged. It had been acting strange, no longer announcing when it was going to turn off. I thought maybe i had changed a setting, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I like that it talks to you and let's you know what each button is for in case you forgot. The massage is really great and I like that it's not just for my neck but also for my back! Great buy!
