Good Parm
I've ordered the Parmigiano Reggiano several times in the last year and have always been happy with the product and the delivery. This Parmigiano is much better than any I have bought in local stores. It has a good texture and is very creamy tasting.

I recommend this cheese. It is so much better than pre shredded stuff.
I normally don't buy FOOD items on Amazon, but this was a very good Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. SOOOOO much better than store bought, pre shredded parm. You can use a Micro plane or a fine cheese grater. the micro plane gives you really nice fine thin shreds or you can use a Pecorino grater, and it gives you thicker, longer shreds of cheese. I have both graters. I use the Micro for Pizza and the cheese grater for pasta.

Ordered this PR because, since covid, can't find it close to home. I'm going to be a return customer as this PR is absolutely delicious. For the real stuff, it's worth every penny.

Will buy it again
This cheese is domestic, rather soft, much softer that the original from Italy - but it's very good. I actually am using it sliced thinly on a rye bread - super! It came fresh, good value.
