Tasty at a good price
I like getting both plain and flavored so that I can mix 1/2 packet of plain into the flavored packet. I find the flavored too sweet for me and doing this makes it just right. I am sensitive to to regular oats so I appreciate being able to get gluten free oats at a good price. In winter it feels good to eat warm oatmeal plus it's filling. It's so easy to make just dump a package in a bowl and add water. The calorie content is a little high but I also add a teaspoon of chia seeds to make it more healthy.

Easy healthy option
As a dietitian, this is such a great healthy option! It’s quick and easy but has no added sugar, and of course love the protein bonus. Awesome for on the go! It tastes delicious too!!

Tastes good and has a decent amount of protein for breakfast
The oatmeal tastes almost exactly like the regular non-protein version of apple cinnamon oatmeal. It has a pretty low sugar content which is good for me. Sometimes with protein rich foods there is a “chalky” texture, but I didn’t find that with this product. Overall I think it’s a good value. One pack has a ton of protein and it’s perfect for a quick office breakfast for me. It’s made adding a protein high breakfast easy, and it keeps me more full through the day instead of snacking so much.
