A big hit with my grandson and well worth the thought put into charging I bought this Bronco Raptor ride-on for my grandson and it has been such a hit. It looks wonderful in person and really does resemble a little Bronco, not a flimsy toy. The headlights are bright, the horn makes him laugh every time, and it feels solid and well made. Assembly was fairly straightforward and took me about an hour, taking my time and following the instructions. This is a big ride-on. It’s quite wide and larger than I expected, so it does need space. It also has plenty of power. Even the slow setting moves along briskly indoors, and the faster setting is really meant for outside. Once we learned where it works best, it’s been nothing but fun. Because this wasn’t inexpensive and my grandson only comes over occasionally, I paid close attention to the battery instructions. They recommend charging for about 8 to 12 hours, never more than 20 hours, and not letting the battery run completely dead. I didn’t want to be guessing or worrying about charge times, so I wanted something simple and reliable. I bought a Charge-o-matic timer on Amazon and it has been perfect. It was very easy to program, even for me and I am not technically inclined. I have it set for 12 hours on, then 30 days off, repeating automatically. When my grandson is done riding, we just plug it in and forget about it. If he comes back soon, it’s ready. If weeks go by between visits, it’s still ready and the battery is protected. Living in Florida, we do lose power from time to time, and I really appreciate that the timer remembers its settings. When the power comes back on, it resumes automatically with no reprogramming. All in all, this has been a wonderful purchase. It’s fun, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed, and with the right charging setup, I expect it to last for many years. I would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend using a timer for charging if you want peace of mind.

I was super nervous to buy this but so glad I did! It takes a while to put together (would recommend two people). It size is great, fits our 4 year old perfectly. It is durable enough to actually make it through the grass without making it slow, like other ones we have gotten. She calls this "my fast car." Love that it comes with a remote that parents can use to help instead of having to get up and walk all the way to it. Charge lasts a long time. We keep it on the charger overnight and it works all throughout the day/afternoon/evening. We avoid leaving it outside overnight, but our garage isn't heated or have AC, so tolerates weather fluctuations. We don't use when it is raining so not sure on the water resistance. We haven't used the Bluetooth music part but the horn and start noise is pretty loud and fun. I am so glad I got it and would recommend it!

100% best purchase for my kids!! I absolutely love the remote control option and the quality of this car! We had found some cracks on the underside when we put it together Christmas night and I contacted the seller and received a message super quick. They were able to fix my problem and are absolutely wonderful when it comes to customer service!! The value for your money is excellent! We have bought other ride on cars and this one blows the others out of the water by far. If you are on the fence, BUY IT, you will not regret it I promise!!

Pretty nice toy. Instructions were easy enough to follow. Seems to be fast and powerful enough. Kids love it. The only downside is the light bar does not attach at all. I followed instructions, and the screw does not hold it in at all. Overall I would order again, but knocking it 1 star for the light bar.
