Do you use pesticide?

"Our use of pesticides is highly regulated by both the state and federal government.  Our integrated pest management program includes the use of the environment to minimize pests (things like managing temperature and moisture), mechanical means (like copper fencing to keep out snails), organic controls (things like water and soap), as well as chemical pesticides.  We always choose the method that will provide the results we need with the least environmental impact.  When we use a chemical pesticide it is always in accordance with the label and the regulations.  All pesticides have a re-entry period where no one is allowed into the treated area.  We always try to use chemicals which have the shortest re-entry periods as they are the safest.  There are no chemicals that we use that are designed to last throughout the life of the plant.  Most are contact sprays which have limited duration and are easily washed off.

Are these pet friendly?

Simple solution: Don’t allow your animals to consume plants. I have a newly adopted puppy from our local animal shelter and she loves to eat everything that falls on the ground, but all of my plants are kept on tables or higher surfaces. Part of being a responsible dog owner is to watch your pets carefully. If your pet is consuming plants, you’re not doing your job as a pet parent. I truly admire this company for their commitment to helping shelter animals. And I will support any company who helps our furry friends. 👍🏻🪴🙏

Can i request that i am only sent plants that are not toxic to dogs and cats?

I’m not sure about that but I do know you probably don’t want to order these because I got them and they were dead from being frozen and you don’t get a refund and there’s no way to get a hold of anyone about them

Shipping box was crushed and most of the plants are damaged. Who do I contact for a replacement?
