I immediately opened a tube and followed the instructions Robbiebeast detailed. INSTANT RELIEF!!! INSTANT!! Did I mention the relief was INSTANT?!!! I could sit with ease and no pain and the cooling feel is...beyond! It is Monday, 4/21. No, they are not gone...yet, but they are tolerable for the most part.
