Rip Curl Madi Long Sleeve Boyleg Spring Wetsuit

Loved the suit but unfortunately I had to return it because it runs really small.

I gave 2 stars because wetsuit is super cute but sizing is WAY off. My teen is 5ft4 and 125 pounds. She normally wears a size 4 or 6 clothing. We have bought wetsuits for her since she was a toddler. In general, I buy on the large side just to be safe. This time, I bought a woman’s size 6 and an 8 knowing I would have to return one. When we opened the box, it was obvious the sizing was wrong. I actually checked to make sure I hadn’t ordered the girls size by mistake as the suit was tiny on the hanger. Sure enough, it was a woman ‘s wetsuit but my disappointed daughter could barely fit her shoulders in- on the size 8 that I suspected would be too big! So, buyer beware! Rip curl was having an off day sizing this wetsuit!

I was really enjoying this wetsuit until the zipper stopped working the 3rd time I used it. It fits me perfectly but the zipper constantly falls down while I'm surfing. It's super annoying to deal with when I'm in the water so I've stopped using it completely. Huge bummer and I'm super disappointed, especially since this suit is WAYYY overpriced. Every experience I have had with ripcurl products has been negative, most of their stuff is poor quality and super expensive. It doesn't have any mechanism to stop the zipper from going down like most other wetsuits, so expect this to happen to you as well if you're looking to buy this wetsuit!

Don’t be thrown off if it fits very very tight at first! It’s supposed to feel like it’s definitely not your size but will keep you warm and adjust to your body in time

I really like the suit. Beautiful.At first wear, it was tight, yes, but after that first water, it got bigger :D

Cute but sizing is way off. I’m 125 lb and could not zip up s size 8.

Super cute but my size 6 in women’s looks like a child’s 6.

The suit was torn.
