Battery charging stopped working within 10 days of assembly. Never buy this product, it is waste of money.

Not working
Scooty is not charging. I have sent so many complain but till date no action taken on your side. Do me a favour and short this problem as soon as possible. I had bought one scooter and from day one only facing lots of issues. 1. Initially they took longer time for delivery 2. Once we assemble the scooter then after 24 hours the scooter stops working as charging was not working. 3. We raise the complaint then someone call me that the person will visit after 7-8 days and they confirm that by 31st Oct they will fix the issue. 4. No one visited my place and no one bothered that my complaint is closed or not Pathetic Service. Please refund my money
