I've used this product twice to cut my hair, and it works well for starting mid-fades. However, it tends to slip when blending on the top, likely due to the lack of hair to grip onto. My hairlines come out straighter with this tool. I would recommend it for someone who is just starting to learn how to cut their own hair. It took some time to get used to the band. I have to tighten it so much that it leaves a mark on my forehead, lol.

Nothing great, the band does not stay one right. You still have to hold it down if now it will make your lines uneven. But it is ok for a first starter self cut
