I have long and thick hair and I often get build up on my scalp for my hair products. This build-up causes my scalp to get itchy and very flaky. Using OUAI Detox shampoo a couple times a month keeps my scalp itch and flake free. I do recommend using a good hair conditioner or hair mask after using this shampoo to keep your hair soft and tangle free. I also love the clean scent.

Love this detox shampoo! Only need a small amount. Suds up really well and the scent is incredible! Wouldn’t expect anything less from Ouai. I can’t get enough of their products.

This is quite refreshing! For a detox shampoo, I was expecting it to be a little more lathery and not as thick and honey-like foam. I did a double cleanse and my hair does feel amazing! I'll keep trying it out. So far so good! I have super fine wavy hair, so I think this is better for hair that's a bit less fine since the lather is viscous and hydrating, and would take more product to get a good clean. If you have my hair texture and you use this after a sulfate shampoo on your deep clean day, this would really help detox and add back in hydration! So use this after your first shampoo! (yes double cleansing is super important for fine wavy hair it really helps your roots feel refreshed!!)
