I purchased this in September of 2025. Here is my honest review!I had suffered with broken sleep, waking myself up snoring and generally feeling exhausted for years. I have tried several products and found little to no relief. After using this every single night for 8 1/2 months here is what I’ve found.Pros:Most importantly, it helped with my snoring starting the very first NightIt fits well if molded correctly and has only fallen out twice in the time I’ve used it.It has absolutely improved my quality of sleep 100%. I have become so reliant on it, I even use it if I take a quick nap. Without it, I will wake myself up from snoring almost instantaneous.It is fairly easy to adjust. It took a few nights to figure out the right setting but once you do, it is great!Keeping the device clean is very easy. When I wake up, I place it in a cup with diluted mouthwash. This keeps it clean and disinfected. It’s always fresh and ready for me at bedtime.I told my dentist about it and he said that it was actually helping prevent me grinding my teeth at night, which was an added bonus.Cons:It takes a couple of weeks to get used to the tension on your teeth.I did notice some slight movement in my bite and stiffness in my jaw. Typically if I exercise my jaw back and forth, up and down a little in the morning everything is good to go.The design tends to lead to a very dry mouth since your lips aren’t sealed shut all night. It’s a small price to pay for the added quality of sleep.The pros well outweigh the cons for me personally. I literally can’t sleep without it!

The first attempt to mold the device was a failure. Hint: Do not follow just the written instructions. Watch the video. I followed the written instructions and the device melted onto the bowl of hot water and could not be salvaged after that.I reached out to the seller and received a super quick response with a link to the video, so thank you!. A replacement device came in and this time I successfully molded it.However, even though I ordered the small mouth piece, the size seems to be proportional only horizontally. The device is too tall. When I put it in my mouth, I can't close my mouth. It's not good to sleep with your mouth open. So this is unusable, and ultimately it was a waste of money.

I’ve been using the Itus Mouthguardz SilentZPro 2.0 for a while now, and I’m very happy with it. The fit is comfortable and doesn’t feel bulky in my mouth, even when sleeping on my side. It stays in place throughout the night and doesn’t cause jaw pain or irritation.I grind my teeth at night, and since I started using this mouthguard, I’ve noticed much less jaw tension in the morning. It’s also easy to mold and adjust, and the material feels durable and well-made.Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable and effective night guard without spending a lot on a custom one. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using this mouth piece for 2 months. I am a 5’ 0” woman with a very small mouth. It fits just fine but does make my lips stick out and causes drool. My partner said it does make me snore a lot less.However after 2 months, I feel like the nighttime heat of my mouth has caused the molding to almost disappear because now it can move all around my mouth at night. It can become uncomfortable and even cause me to want to chew on it while sleeping.It’s also somewhat hard to clean because I’ve taken the molded part from the hard base to clean and then it doesn’t want to reattach very well. I want to give it more stars but for the price, I feel it should hold up better.

Very bulky and uncomfortable to try to sleep in. Caused tooth pain and jaw soreness for my personal experience. Even though I have a small mouth, even their small size was HUGE. No idea if it prevented snoring.

This mouth guard is so thick for my mouth but the company reached out to me and provided me with a link to their eva model and an offer. We support American business so we are buying the eva and appreciate the effort to connect me with a model that will work. I am sure this model will work for some people. I sleep with my mouth closed and snoring is not an issue. Jaw realignment from lockjaw is my challenge.

I’ve been happy with this mouthguard so far. The molding process was straightforward, and it fit comfortably after following the instructions. It stays in place throughout the night without feeling bulky, and the material feels durable.

Hurts to wear and causes excess drool and didn't work

So uncomfortable that it hurt my husbands jaw. He couldn’t fall asleep and took it out within hours. So, no it didn’t work.

Works as it should but breaks down quickly

THIS ITEM IS A TERRIBLE FIT NO MATTER WHAT SIZE YOU GET...VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ...I HAVE PUCHACED 2 SIZES .. NEITHER ARE GOOD .. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This is so much lower profile and better fitting than any other anti snoring mouthpiece I've used (and I've used a lot of them). Realistically, there's no way for an apparatus like this to be truly comfortable to sleep in, but this design is so far superior to the others I highly recommend it.

Shifted in my mouth while sleeping made my teeth hurt in morning.
