First off, this stuff works. In just a few days my crepe skin is gone. And it's not too heavy, which is important here in Florida. Now, the smell. Yes it's an odd burning like smell. I just mixed in some rosemary oil and the smell is gone.

This stuff’s amazing. Better than any retinol - and I’ve tried them. Work up to once or twice a day on your face. I started using it on my feet and after a week realized the skin was wildly smooth and gorgeous. My derm confirmed that yes, if you can tolerate it then absolutely use it on the face to reduce wrinkles and crepey skin everywhere. Outstanding results and value. Lasts forever. Works a miracle on rough hands, elbows, knees.

I was hesitant about buying this because of reviews that it smelled bad. However, I just received it and I didn't notice any smell at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. This was recommended to me by my dermatologist to combine with my Tretinoin for crepey skin on my arms and legs and I'm hoping to see good results.

First, I want to say that I bought this with full knowledge that people complained about the smell. I'm not typically smell-averse so I took the chance that it wasn't that bad. I will further say the smell doesn't come from the product itself; it somehow manifests after you apply it. To me, it smells like burnt skin. The feel is very nice, and I must say that it has reduced my crepiness somewhat (I've only used it for three days), but in order to get past the smell, I have to apply a fragranced lotion over top of it. I'm not sure how long I will be able to tolerate the smell, but for now, addressing the crepiness far outweighs the smell.

I have used this for a week and have noticed mild smoothing. Better than anything else; for reference, I’ve used Sol de Janiero (crap) and Gold Bond (mid). This one works. Unfortunately it also smells of stale cat piss. I guess pick your battles. I use this only at night for obvious reasons. Good news is it also doubles as birth control. Would probably work twice as well if I used it twice a day as recommended, but I have to ride the train.
