Built Like a Truck!
This thing drips of adventure! Took it out on the ice, thrown in with my other gear. Kept my phone and toys charged all day with charging power to spare. And the Carabiner is just a cool tool to have with you. Very happy with the Dark Energy products!!

Solid, durable, does the job.
This thing is solid. It works exactly as described and it’s easy to tell based on the build quality that it’s going to last for a long time. The bright colors make it easy to find when you’re rummaging around in a backpack. I like that it has options for both USB, and USB-C and the LEDs are easy to read. Highly recommend!

Water resistance is rating only with cover closed.
Water resitance rating is with the cover colsed not when charging. Pretty standard solution. performance as expected.....seriously one good splash with the cover open and this thing is done.....would prefer a product that is truly water resitance and not just pretending to be.

Poor customer service.
I’ve used the Dark Energy Poseidon pro in the past, I love it, great piece to carry with you in the field or by water. Lost mine, went to purchase a new one. The UPS marked it as delivered, but I never received it. Tried to get a refund or a replacement from this vender but I was told to pound sand. So someone got my Poseidon pro & I hope they are enjoying it, as for me, I unfortunately have to buy another one, but this time through dark energies official website, which I recommend you do as well. Better customer support and free shipping always.

Stopped working shortly after I started using it.
Bought it mid-Feb and it already will not take a charge and it stopped working by mid May. I’ve tried to leave it alone and try again. I don’t even know what’s wrong with it because it hasn’t been submersed or even wet. All it does is flash a single green light now. Hopefully the company will get back to me with a solution. This is really disappointing… I quite literally feel like I was robbed because I didn’t have a need for it until April anyways. I spent 120 bucks on this thing and it’s not even been a year. I had high hopes in this product and I feel like I just wasted my money. Cool looking design but I had no value in my money.
