A complete and sturdy chassis. Well made.
This a great ATX case. Well made. Comes with two fans and a sheet to help determine which stand-offs need to be installed and where. This was my second purchase for our lab at work.

Overall very good, but not great
You can find my build on pcpartpicker.com titled as ESXi Refresh (bzD2FT).Short version:- ProsSmaller, yet accomodatingAble to fix ATX PSU and Micro-ATX making it very flexableFits stock Intel heatsink and fan!!Everything did fit nicely, though there were a couple of concernsUSB 3.0!Clean, well organized, good quality overall (except what I mention below)- ConsFans are louder than lead to believeThough well organized, could be betterSome dead space that could be usedCould incorporate a possible 5.25" bayTight space between drives and PSU could be improved if turned 90ºTight space between the left and drives, cannot get screw driver in wellPaint not great quality, chipped easyLong version:I had a server in a desktop and finally decided to make it closer to the server set by rack mounting. This is an ESXi physical host that is the home of a couple of virtual servers, not that it is really important to this review, but helps.I almost always try to get Mini-ITX to keep it small. I considered Micro-ATX, but wanted to keep options open for going with a 1U rack mount case rather than a 2U (though I finally compromised and went with 2U).The PLINKUSA 2U Rackmount Chassis 14.17" Deep Micro-ATX/Mini ITX (IPC-2360F) has it's pros and cons, drastically in both directions. There are a few main brands out there I considered. PLINKUSA had a lot of good options, but so did iStarUSA and Rosewill. SuperMicro is an honorable mention, though I didn't give it much thought (a little more expensive). In my application, I have an old network rack enclosure that is 15" deep that work no longer needed and I intended on using. I tried to keep it within 14" and this case was 14.17" according to the specs. I measured it when I got it and it was actually 14.25" (probably was measured internally rather than externally) and I really underestimated how much room the power cord uses. Next time I will leave 2" it. Even with a right angle, 1" is a minimum and this won't work for my network rack enclosure. I bought a free standing 12U desk rack (RK12OD) anyway for $45 made by Startech.com. It is a little wobbly, but it works. It uses the square nuts which was a HUGE plus. A lot of reviews say it didn't come with enough nuts and screws, but compared to what you get out there, I cannot complain. The PLINKUSA IPC-2360F has USB 3.0 ports, which is more than most other rack mount cases can say. It doesn't spell out clearly (sometimes their other models mention fans, but don't come with them), but it does indeed come with 2 fans. I wasn't expecting that. They move a lot of air, but they are NOT silent. Being 2U, it has room vertically for a standard ATX PSU. HOWEVER, there is no ventilation for it, above or below! That is a big oversight on their part. The power light is REALLY bright. I have it sitting on my desk and at night, it lights up the room. No big deal unless I have a guest sleeping on the couch. The hard drive mount and PSU are dangerously close. I could see issues arising with power cables and data cables fighting for real estate easily (see pictures). Also, I found a chip in the paint less than 20 minutes after unboxing it. Not sure if it was from dry fitting it in the network enclosure or it came that way. Something to consider if you are about appearances.Anyway, I hemmed and hawed over the possibility of the iStarUSA D Value D-118V2-ITX 1U Rackmount Mini-ITX Server Chassis. This would have required a Flex ATX 1U PSU rather than the standard ATX. But considering the case is super cheap, I was willing to go that route. It would have been a lot smaller at 11" deep and only 1U!! I might actually do this later anyway and rack mount my "desktop later." If I would have done the 1U case, I would have gone with the Seasonic 250SU 250W 80Plus 1U Server PSU. It's reviews indicated it was quieter and more reliable than the Solid Gear SDGR-FLEX320 320W Mini-ITX / FLEX ATX PSU I considered. More expensive, but a good compromise. I would have also had to switch from the stock Intel heatsink\fan to a 1U fan like one from Dynatron (K199) or Silverstone (NT07-115X).Because of the size requirements I had, most of the other cases I considered were all PLINKUSA ones.

Avoid this case and this seller
I discovered upon receipt that it does NOT work with an atx power supply (as they advertise) despite that being what it mounts, because there is NO ventilation.Upon opening a return, I receive a message from the seller telling me to buy some other psu (I’m sure it’s likely one they sell). I chose to send the case back instead, only to end up refunded *half* the purchase price. Now I need to contact my credit card company.

Great 2u case!
I have been searching for a cheap 2u case that's a little backwards in design compared to other cases for a few years now. Along comes PLINKUSA with some great looking cases. I saw this, and decided I had to give it a try as it met what I needed. Rear I/O on the front side of the chassis.Looking at the stock photos, I knew I was in for a headache as most all modern power supplies have ditched the side mounted 80mm fan in favor of 120mm fans on the top/bottom. It then dawned on me, SFX PSU with an ATX to SFX adapter! So I sat out and bought a good quality SFX PSU, and a nice adapter (Silverstone PP08B-USA) figuring this would help raise the PSU high enough off the bottom to let it get air, and also act as a third exhaust fan.Sadly, once the case came in, it appears due to others having complaints and not thinking outside the box, PLINKUSA had revised the top-panel of the case with holes so a modern PSU would fit.No big deal, I just went on with my build. It then dawned on me, there is a small, while not design flaw really, just an annoyance. In the rear of the case, is a pass-through for network cabling, I can't fathom any reason this exists aside from some very rare niche products that would have an internal port. I have only seen one such NIC in my life! If that wasn't there, and the fans shifted to the side a little more, a third 80mm fan could easily be added, thus increasing airflow even more. Due to just 2x 80mm fans at the rear, and my plans for getting some 10Gbit NIC's later down the road, I will have to figure a way to mount fans to the NIC's to keep them cool, as I don't see two 80mm fans doing enough when you look at the left side of the case and see a massive vented area to let air through to the hard drives. All of that aside, this case is working great. It's strong, sturdy, and easy to work with, and has made for a great firewall box.Pros:-Now has a vent for modern PSU designs-Reversed layout!-Room for 2x 3.5in HDD's (don't forget you may need longer SATA cables!)-Came with fans-Fans came with grills to keep wires out of the way - this is a rare sight.-Has NIC1/2 LEDs!!!-USB 3.0 ports, and a 2.0 adapter built into the cableCons:-Power button and Reset button are a bit mushy, while looking nice, there isn't really any tactile feedback on whether you are actually pressing the button-The fans it came with are subpar... Looked the model up, they push about 25CFM each, not nearly enough airflow.-Niche daughter board for network pass-through out the back, eliminating the potential for a third fan.-Case design has obviously been updated slightly with out version information being available to distinguish things. I would have stuck with my SFX idea though, as I don't see a point in keeping space between servers if airflow is sufficient.

peculiar PSU requirements...[update]
I really wanted to love this and I really tried to make it work, but after 3 power supplies, none are the right form factor. The standard ATX PSU has a fan on the top, but the case top has no ventilation holes. The SOlidgear Flex power supply is way too small to be mounted anywhere and a 3rd one I found on amazon that has the right layout is too tall. My only alternative is to take the top to a metal fabricator and have them cut ventilation in the top OR keep trying PSUs. I choose neither. I'm open to reconsider this review if provided specific information about exactly what PSU to order.[Update]Oddly enough, I got a recommendation for a PSU that fits...Imagine that! Regardless how that happened, it was a good recommendation. Raising my rating for the case. Good construction and in situations where you want everything up front, this is the way to go.
