Loved the way the grease was separated from the meat and found that draining it off before cleaning could be improved with a bit of a spout on one end or the other but worked. Probably this was damaged in shipment since it just has a paper strap around it. Luckily this damage doesn't affect the way it works, so I am OK with it. It does work very well and is easy to clean. I am not sure how some people claim it is difficult to clean.
