These definitely help me breathe better at night, even though I'm a nose-breather during the day, at night it feels like my nose clocks out and goes home like its' shift is over. I wake up terribly tired and thirsty. I'm not sure if this made me stop snoring, but I know that I breathe better and feel more rested. So they are definitely effective and well priced. They are easy to use too, I just had to cut them little short because they were too long and went too deep into my nose.

These are terrible, they do not stay in first of all and they are hard!!! It’s so uncomfortable to wear. I would not recommend at all, unfortunately I missed my return window so I had to eat the cost but would never tell anyone else to buy them.

I recently had surgery and needed these to keep my airways open while healing. The soft silicone ones are great. I like having various sizes, but use the medium size. The cage looking ones are firm and a little bit painful. I actually had to use a nail file to sand down some of the seam edges. For the price, they are good though

So I bought these for my wife because when she snores, it sounds like she is chopping trees down ALL NIGHT LONG and it keeps me up all night long too! I was very much hoping this would at the very least help a little with the snoring and this product exceeded my expectations!! So happy! She hardly ever snores now so we both get a GREAT night's rest every night! Amazing product!! I will be telling everyone about them!

The various sizes are good for a comfortable fit. It is important to lubricate the inserts.
