The watch appeared like new, great value for money. No visible marks and the battery was in great condition. However compatibility of this watch with newer versions of Android, version 16, is a problem. While the watch was connect and the majority of software works, that are issues with Samsung account linkage. To log into a Samsung account you have to update some of the apps, but to update the apps you have to log into a Samsung account! If you don't need to sync this with a Samsung account then you're okay. There are two options that I found online to address this, which apparently is a common and well-known issue. You can either side load the newer Samsung app, or if you have access to an order Android phone you can connect the watch to an older version of Android, update it,and then transfer it to a new watch.

The watch itself is decent and works as advertised by Samsung. The problem is that the "Renewed" version I bought from Amazon lasted less than 6 months before it would no longer charge. There was no damage to the product; it just died and would no longer charge. For reference, my previous Samsung watch (bought new) worked perfectly for over 4 years before I accidentally broke it (my fault). Don't ever waste your time considering an Amazon "Renewed" product. They may be less expensive, but the reason for that is they won't last and Amazon return policy won't protect you.

I've only had this watch 6 months and I am so dissatisfied. Seems like it has good insights but it is hard to maneuver and not user friendly. Never held a charge great but I could usually get a full day out of it...now I'm lucky to get through the morning before it dies. I tried making sure any background maps were off which helped for a day but now its even worse. I wanted to love this watch but now I'm going back to fitbit. Don't waste your money.

Very good battery life for a used product .product is like new , best part is durability screen has no scratches, despite a few bumps and scrapes , however there's a small downside that the slim gap between the screen and the watch itself will sometimes get hair,dust, and grime stuck this wedge. Of and the frustration of it turning on after you turned it off, so it could charge faster. Are my only 2 gripes . Not big enough issues too take away from its surpassing my expectations for the 1st fe line of watches.

Overall I have had the watch for about 3 weeks and my only real complain is the battery life span on this watch is not the best, it could last 15-17hours at most before you have to charge again, i had a fitbit before this and that lasted 4-5 days before its next charge so that's kinda a disappointment. Another thing is the sleep recorder 8 times out of 10 it will record sleep and snoring etc but then those 2 times that it doesn't even at a 100% charged is a disappointment not gonna lie. The phone function and text works fine and everything else as well. I only had those two complaints.

Love this watch! It was on perfect condition and still works great without any issues at all, just like new! I have to add, The Sapphire glass is amazing I do not have a screen protector on this watch and wear it everyday to work to bed everything I do and it never gets scratched never never It's phenomenal! I think the Galaxy 5 watch is amazing. It's been updated to the latest OS and has all the bells and whistles you can ever hope for without spending hundreds of dollars. I think I'll always buy refurbished from now on, my only disappointment is at I couldn't afford a new Galaxy phone this year so I settle for a Motorola, but had I known that the refurbed would be as good as new I could have spent the same amount of money on a refurbed Galaxy as I did on the brand new Motorola and then all of my devices would run seamlessly

Great for the price and the functionality is amazing. Only down Fall is I have to charge it right before bed and right before I leave for work everyday. Other then that it's awesome!

Do not purchase from this seller. The watch is not supported in LTE, and it gets too hot to charge and shuts down. I purchased it last year to prepare for my child entering another school this year, so I am past the return window, but this is completely useless.

Excelente condiciones y todo en buen estado, al ser un equipo renovado no viene con las cosas originales, pero esta en perfecto estado.

Cuanto dura la batería de este reloj ? Es que lo cargue toda la noche y empeze a usarlo a las 7 am y ahorita ya se descargo. Se me hace muy pronto ya que solo recibo notificaciones
