First bought this product in 2018. Absolutely adored it! No crash, no jitters, great energy! It suppressed my appetite without constipation. I bought this multiple times for several years. But I got pregnant. Stopped taking it. After giving birth, I needed help losing weight. So I bought this again. It didn't give me the same affect. So much that I even reached out to the company & asked if they had changed something. They said no but sent me a free bottle. I just finished the free bottle and can confidently say that this pill does absolutely nothing for you. Even though "nothing has changed" something absolutely has. Whether it be lacking in quality ingredients or adding fillers. Something is absolutely different about it & I won't be buying it again.

I had high hopes but I really don't think these pills helped in weight loss. I didn't have any side effects just didn't seem to do anything for me.

This seems to give some natural energy as well as curb appetite. I like that I don’t have to take several pills half hour before eating.

This works so far!! I’m shocked and grateful! It’s a subtle but noticeable effect in my food noise, hunger symptoms throughout the day are less, and I’m satiated faster with smaller portions. I have been counting calories, increasing protein and fiber, and working out, but I’m short and live in a driving city so the scale hasn’t budged for weeks and weeks. I also have compulsions to snack constantly. These pills help me actually feel full enough after meals that I’m not picking at junk food. I’ve lost 3 lbs in two weeks which is really wild to me considering my (intentional) habits haven’t changed much. I’m just less hungry so I’m eating less. I love that this is all herbal, too. Haven’t noticed any side effects. I think you have to keep taking it to see effects, because I notice I have more carb and fatty food cravings on days I’ve forgotten to take it. Honestly it’s helping me develop my awareness of hunger signals and to learn what a healthy portion size is, so I’ll keep buying it until I reach my goal weight (25 lbs away 🤞🏼).
