Where can you get the cover to go over this weighted blanket, or would a single quilt cover fit?

A single quilt cover would be too big, Amazon should do covers for it though. We don’t have one on my sons, it’s not put directly on him and is sponge cleaned weekly for odours and dust that may get on it. If you’re good with needle and thread you could use an old single cover and stitch it a bit shorter?

Would these sort all children as my child gets up at 3am every morning

Has anyone put their blanket in the washing machine on a gentle wash cycle?

I have. I put it on a gentle cycle for 30 mins & it came out exactly the same. However, instead of drying it in my tumble dryer, I dried it on the radiator & my son is back at using his favourite blanket.
