This is 100% my favorite salt in the entire world. I absolutely love the way it tastes. Not too salty, but not to chemically or fake tasting. A little goes a long way. I live in a very humid climate and have not had a problem with the salt sticking together. I use the salt for literally every dish I make. Could not recommend this enough and have recommended it to all my friends. While I could get it locally, it is priced really well on Amazon and saves me a trip to the store. This brand is also on the low end of the arsenic chart if you do the research on it. And are concerned about those types of things. This is the way to go.

I asked Alexa to find me the best low-mercury sea salt to use for my sourdough breads, she recommended 3 brands with the lowest heavy metals in them and this was 1 of them. It's a great price and it works perfectly in my sourdough recipes. I was previously using pink Himalayan sea salt and I learned it had trace metals in it and I wanted a better option with newborns in the family.This is nice, it's smooth and silky and dissolves easily when I add it. I used it to season the inside of our cornish hens the other day and there was nothing negative that resulted from the switch in any instance.

Its low in contaminants after a lot of salt research rabbit hole... and a good texture and taste. I dont love the Shaker but you can put it in something else. I eventually got used to it and left it in there.

This is a good and safe salt according to testing that I have read. It’s a bit pricey but we expect to pay more for a good product. The only negative I’ve found is that it seems a bit sticky coming out of the container — it doesn’t flow well which causes it to come out in a mass rather than sprinkling freely. So I find it helps to pour it into my hand when adding it to a pot of food so I don’t use too much. Again, I would rather deal with this than have unhealthy additives. So overall, I like this salt and will purchase it again.
