Game changer
I have been using this machine for 3 months now, works great. I get some occasional resistance from when i remove the tub after the spin, but it seems like a common issue and nothing to worry about. Its worth having this machine if your trying to hit your protein target and/or if you have an insatiable sweet tooth you would like to control.

Defective and No Support from Seller
I bought this Ninja Creamy less than two months ago, excited by all the recommendations, but it has been a huge disappointment. During one of the first uses, the machine emitted a strong burning smell, and upon inspection, I found the blade was completely burned. I decided to give it another chance and purchased a replacement blade, but when I tried to use it again, the same issue occurred: a burning smell, and the machine completely stopped working. Now it doesnโt even turn on. The worst part is that when I tried to seek help, Amazon told me to contact the seller or the brand directly. However, it has been impossible to find any way to reach them. Thereโs no clear information or accessible support, leaving me feeling completely abandoned as a customer. A product this expensive should have better quality and customer service to match. Iโm extremely upset and frustrated. I do not recommend this product at allโneither for its performance nor for the complete lack of support if something goes wrong.

Love it!
I was just about to send it back because I thought it was useless, when i googled 'why is my ice cream powdery?" and realized it is because my freezer is really cold and i had to churn the tub twice. Have been really enjoying creating new wholesome flavours with no preservatives and all the nutrition for a fun cold summer snack! I also had ordered tubs when I ordered the machine as I didn't realize it comes with them, and created a return label. They were so nice to refund me without taking them back! Highly recommed

Worth every penny!
Whether you like ice cream, sorbets or frozen yogurt, this is the machine to go for. You can make them with no sugar added and enjoy a guilt free desert. Itโs an expensive gadget, but worth it to cool down the heat of UAE!

Wish Iโd bought this sooner - itโs amazing!
I bought the Ninja CREAMi mainly to make healthier ice cream at home, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The instructions were very easy to follow and after the first batch I was already experimenting with different recipes. My go to mix has been protein powder with Greek yogurt and skimmed milk, and somehow it turns into an incredibly creamy ice cream that tastes far more indulgent than it actually is. Itโs really easy to use too. You fill the tubs with your mixture and freeze them for 24 hours before using the machine. I quickly realised it works best if you keep a few tubs prepared in the freezer so you always have one ready to go. Once frozen, you just select the Light Ice Cream setting and let it do its thing. I still have no idea how it manages to make such smooth ice cream from what starts as a solid frozen block, but the texture is impressive. When you fill your ingredients to the top of the filling level it makes enough ice cream for 2 people and itโs a decent sized serving too. Iโve already tried loads of combinations including lemon meringue, chocolate and even one made mainly with cottage cheese, which surprisingly worked very well. The mix in function is great too for adding things like chocolate chips or raisins after blending. I made a rum and raisin version and it kept the raisins whole rather than destroying them, although I did notice some ingredients did not always mix fully to the bottom of the tub. It is quite noisy while running, so donโt expect a quiet appliance, but you do get used to it and the results make up for it. Cleaning is also nice and easy because the parts just need a quick rinse in warm water. I have not used the milkshake, sorbet or smoothie bowl functions much yet because I bought this specifically for low fat, lower calorie ice cream, and for that itโs been superb. If you enjoy experimenting with healthier desserts or high protein recipes, this is an excellent machine and one I now use far more often than I expected.

Missing a tub, seller uncontactable, not as described. Product works well however.
The product works extremely well but I only received 2 tubs, not the 3 that was advertised. Have been unable to contact the seller or get through to support so far. The product is not as described, so if I do not receive a 3rd tub I will be making a complaint to small claims court under The Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.

Opens a portal to another dimension, and brings iced treats back through.
Literally, magic. All the reviews, YouTube videos, things you're reading.... I was sceptical... its all true. This thing makes ice cream better than what you can buy in the store... its so fresh, its so tasty, its literally from another dimension. I made honey ice cream, vanilla ice cream, choc chip ice cream... even chopped up a snickers and 'mixed it in' to a choc peanut ice cream... its incredible you can make anything you can think of into ice cream... Threw a banana, cream, milk, xylitol into a cup, froze it, BAM ice cream. did the same with strawberries... was amazing there is no end to what you can make with it.

An excellent machine for experimenting with homemade frozen desserts - But it has a flaw
The Ninja CREAMi has become one of those kitchen appliances that I genuinely use rather than something that ends up sitting in a cupboard. I use it several times a week, mainly to experiment with lower-calorie and higher-protein ice creams, as well as sorbets. The results can be excellent, and the amount of control it gives you over the ingredients is probably its biggest advantage. The NC300UK comes with three tubs and seven programmes covering ice cream, gelato, sorbet, light ice cream, smoothie bowls, milkshakes and mix-ins. It is a relatively substantial machine, but the controls are straightforward and there is not much of a learning curve once you understand the basic process. Usage My main use is making homemade frozen desserts with recipes that would be difficult to achieve with a conventional blender. I particularly like being able to experiment with protein powder, different types of milk, fruit and lower-calorie ingredients rather than being restricted to the composition of a standard tub of shop-bought ice cream. The machine has been used several times per week and has handled this sort of repeated experimentation very well. The best results are genuinely impressive. It can turn a frozen mixture into something with a surprisingly smooth and creamy texture, even when the recipe is not particularly high in fat. One thing I would not describe as perfect is the first processing cycle. Depending on the recipe, the result can occasionally be crumbly or slightly powdery rather than immediately resembling conventional ice cream. Using the re-spin function usually makes a substantial difference, and sometimes a second re-spin is necessary. This is not just something I have experienced myself either. Reviews and testing of the CREAMi commonly mention that a re-spin can be needed, particularly with lower-fat recipes. The good news is that the extra processing only takes a short time. The 24-hour freezing requirement is the main planning consideration. You cannot decide you want ice cream and have it ready immediately. I tend to keep tubs prepared in the freezer, which makes this much less of an issue because there is usually something ready to process. The machine is also very noisy while processing. There is no point pretending otherwise. It makes a surprisingly aggressive noise as the paddle works through the frozen mixture. However, the actual processing period is short, generally only a couple of minutes, so I find it easy enough to tolerate. Independent testing has also highlighted the high noise level, while user feedback is similarly mixed on how objectionable it is. For me, the short operating time makes it a minor inconvenience rather than a deal-breaker. Quality and details The machine feels well made and substantial, which is reassuring given the forces involved when the paddle is working through a solid frozen mixture. The tubs are useful rather than being an unnecessary accessory because having three means I can keep different recipes prepared and frozen at the same time. The overall system is quite clever. Rather than freezing and churning a liquid mixture simultaneously like a traditional ice cream maker, the CREAMi processes a mixture that has already been frozen. This is what makes it so useful for experimenting with unusual recipes and textures. It is also worth paying attention to the preparation instructions. The frozen mixture needs to be level, and the consistency of the finished product can depend considerably on the recipe, freezing conditions and how solid the mixture is. Once I understood how the machine behaves, getting consistent results became much easier. Cleaning is relatively straightforward, which matters when using the machine several times a week. The removable components make the process manageable and mean I do not see cleaning as a reason not to use it regularly. Reservations I do have one significant reservation from my own experience. During normal use, the internal thread on the blade assembly became damaged. That is disappointing on an otherwise excellent machine, particularly because damage to a relatively small component should ideally not create a risk of damaging other parts of an expensive appliance. This appears to be a design flaw that should not have made it to market. I would like to see Ninja make replacement parts such as the relevant blade assembly readily available. Replacement-paddle availability has been a recurring frustration mentioned by CREAMi owners, so better access to individual replacement components would make the machine more sustainable and reassuring for people who use it heavily. Value for money This is not a cheap kitchen appliance, so I would not recommend buying one simply because making ice cream sounds vaguely interesting. However, if you are actually going to use it regularly, the calculation changes considerably. In my case, using it several times every week and experimenting with high-protein and lower-calorie recipes makes it much easier to justify. It is also considerably more versatile than an appliance that only makes traditional ice cream. The ability to make sorbets, lighter frozen desserts and other preparations adds to its usefulness. There are cheaper ways of making frozen desserts, and a normal blender can handle some simpler recipes. The CREAMi's advantage is the texture and consistency it can achieve from a frozen base, combined with the ability to experiment with ingredients. Conclusion Overall, this is an excellent machine and one of the few kitchen appliances I use several times a week rather than occasionally. The ability to experiment with high-protein, lower-calorie ice creams and sorbets is particularly appealing, and the results can be genuinely excellent. It is not flawless. It is loud while running, the 24-hour freezing requirement means some planning is necessary, and some recipes need one or more re-spins to achieve the smooth texture you are after. The damage I experienced to the blade's internal thread is also a concern and makes me particularly keen to see better availability of replacement components. Despite those points, I think the CREAMi is a very well-conceived and genuinely fun appliance. If you enjoy experimenting with frozen desserts and will use it regularly, it is much easier to justify the price. For occasional ice cream making it is probably harder to recommend, but for frequent use it has been one of my more successful kitchen purchases.
