I have been battling low energy for many years now. I have spent untold sums of money with visits to doctors, thyroid and other specialists, did countless tests, took care of my sleep apnea, had sessions with therapists, took psychiatric medications and was prescribed ADHD medication - all were helpful, but none have provided me with natural energy, and neither long-lasting artificial energy. If ADHD medication made me “hyper”, with sometimes feeling like something was pressing against my chest, I can only describe my feeling after using Energy Renew for 3 weeks as being very natural, luminous and consistent. I don’t recall having such a recurring desire to get out of bed, maybe going back to my early teens. I do feel like I have more healing to do, and I told myself right from the get-go that I should try it for 3 months straight before making a verdict - I’m happy to see results faster, though. Having said that, everybody’s different, and what works for one might very well not work for the other. I am actually looking forward to waking up in the morning and taking Energy Renew. The taste to me is great, dissolves really easily in water without any clumps. Is it expensive? Yes, it is - but can we really put a price on our health? Just to be clear, this did not, and will not replace the other things I had mentioned: psychiatric medications, sleep apnea therapy, talk therapy, exercise, eating healthy, taking vitamins, supplements and doing regular blood tests. It is, for me, another part in the puzzle that makes for healthy and fulfilled living. I already ordered my second jar. If $50-60 a month is what it takes to have me have a fulfilled life, then it is a very small price to pay. Hope this review helps somebody - feeling constantly tired, not feeling like you can get out of bed and have no energy to do anything is a horrible feeling, and doesn’t always stem from depression. Take care of yourselves!

Like many looking to add more energy to my life, I came across this as a commercial while watching FB videos. I was as skeptical as everyone else, but I bought it. And it's true, it does take a couple of weeks to kick-in. But once it did, I had more energy, and I felt great. I didn't feel like I was on Red-Bull or any of those drinks. Whether its done purposely or not, the catch is it taking a couple of weeks to start working. Like I said, I saw a commercial for this while watching a face-book video. Because they were promoting one of those once in a lifetime offers, I purchased 6 bottles for under $200. And after a couple weeks, I had more energy. Once I a ran out, I didn't have a crash, but by that time the winter months were here, and I couldn't go walking as much. I then bought a bottle in November 2022, and I didn't notice any change in my energy levels, like before. That is when it hit me, you need to buy at least 3 bottles of this at a time to benefit from the new founded energy. Because, if it takes to 6 weeks to start working, and each bottle has a month's worth of powder. You won't get the benefits until your on the second bottle. Which I'm still fine with, because certain medicines take time getting into your system. But if that is the case, why not make it more affordable. Yes, I understand you want to turn a profit, because it's a business. But I think you'd have more people open to trying it, if the price was less. Even the old school Hydrox-ycut is more affordable than this, and that'll have your heart racing. But it's still in existence because its affordable and yes it works. Just my 2 cents.

I like a lot of what Dr. Gundry says. Not everything. It's basically a lean meat, vegetable mostly diet- depending on the vegetable with a lot of certain food avoidance and prep issues. His ads are pretty slick- make you think this product will change your life. His products are expensive. My wife really likes and follows his diet plan based on his books. Anyway, I thought I try this Energy Renew. Perhaps use it as a between or during workout drink. It mixed ok with water. It wasn't grainy. It has a kind of a orange/pink color to it. My problem is the aftertaste. A strange sweet. almost oily, synthetic taste that stayed with me for several hours. I didn't like it when I drank. I didn't like being stuck with it as a reminder during the day. Better if you eat with it, to cover it. I don't know. Maybe this stuff is great and will do wonders for you if you just bare with it. I can't. My wife wasn't crazy about it either. It's a no go. We'll stick with a good diet.

I love this stuff! I put it in my morning smoothie. I used a whole jar and wondered if it really helped (I thought it did but wasn’t positive). So I didn’t take it for about a month and I could tell that my energy levels that I had gotten used to having weren’t as high. I’ve started putting it in my morning smoothie again about a week ago ... I’m full of energy again. It’s the only thing I changed, so it has to be Energy Renew that is doing it. Besides, it tastes great. I put berries, unsweetened coconut milk and plain Greek yogurt in my smoothie along with Energy Renew and Vital Reds (by Dr. Gundry) and it so yummy! Keeps me going for hours without hunger. Just not gonna be without these products again.

First things first....I called Dr Gundrys sweatshop to discuss a refund for his energy renew product. Turns out as I'm told I bought it on Amazon. That said theirs no guarantee. Whoa what kind of guarantee is that. No guarantee actually. The good doctor has to pay Amazon to show and sell his product. Which translate into sorry no guarantee. Total bait and switch. The assistant I was talking to offered me 2- 7 oz containers to continue trying. Mind you I had been taking it for the 30 days. On the house he said. Whats the saying nobody gets FREE STUFF for no reason. Well after 70 days I'm still me still gullible I guess. No change at all! Just like BRUCE of nature we see on the tube everyday. Constant ads, genuine people ( so they say, hmm) yatt, yatta. Bottom line....mom was right eat your veggies, go play some touch football with your buddies and God willing you'll live a long life. All this Voodoo supplements play with your head. Remember, theirs no free lunch.....Honestly if I had the cash I'd sell something too. Way to go doc, snake oil sales circa 2021....Thanks to Amazon for not limiting the character's I typed 😉

I struggle with a lot of low energy and fatigue. I'm also in my senior years so the lack of energy really makes things a lot more difficult. I can attest to this product being a good one increasing my energy enabling me to keep up with life's demands. I reorder whenever I am running low because I don't want to run out and not have it when I need it. This sounds like a commercial but I'm just an Amazon purchaser leaving an honest review.

Good product $$$ pricey

Really pleasant taste, but for the price I expected to have increased energy and I do not, at all. This is not a miracle cure, at least it wasn’t for me, YMMV. Nice drink, not worth the price, shame.
