Does not close fully
In a fully closed position, it does not close completely and leaks a bunch of air. Like somebody mentioned, you would need to muck around with it to have it seal completely.

Seals completely. Very little air loss.
I purchased this winter venting use in a greenhouse. It's made well - very little air loss.

Seem to be pretty good quality for the money
