Good strong flavour
I use it for drinking Whisky Mac (Macdonald). My GP says this is a better combination when the Ginger Wine is alcoholic free! However, last shipment had one broken bottle and a very wet box!

Most like the Dorset Ginger Wine my mother made every Xmas
Have tried many non alcoholic ginger wines over the years. This is the one we most enjoy and is most like the one my mother used to make in Dorset at Christmas, using ingredients bought from the local chemist when you could buy such individually weighed out ingredients.
