Fill and packaging are failures - The product is amazing at reducing fine wrinkles and dryness in my 68 year old skin. But the bottle was not full and the tube on the pump was missing on the original and the replacement. Unfortunately I live 100 miles ( round trip) from the nearest ups store so.. neither was returned, i had an illness and could not drive. . The pump is defective, missing a vital piece required to dispense the product. To use it, I was forced to take the top off the bottle open and insert a Q-tip like some sort of science experiment. The cream itself applies adequately. The texture is tolerable, though it carries a faint medicinal scent — the kind that lingers like regret.
