Each has their own dates that is located on the packet the battery comes with

I put it my weather station six months ago and it still shows full. I believe it was a good purchase didn't notice date.

Yes as long as it is the same size battery it will.

What devices can be used to recharge this battery?

Recharging this battery it's impractical. It requires constant charging voltage of 3.1V and charging current of no more than 2mA (yes, milli-Amps). Considering the battery capacity is around 60mAh, it would take more than 30 hours to charge it without exceeding the allowed current limit. I do not know any widely available battery chargers that can charge batteries with such low charging current, except maybe there is one sold in Australia ($15 plus $14 shipping to US) - just search for "ML2032 Coin cell battery charger". If you are an electronics hobbyist, you would most likely build the charging circuitry within your device so it will be re-charged whenever possible (similar to how this battery is used in the solar powered Logitech keyboards). Or just use a programmable power supply to set the voltage and current limits and let it do the job for 30+ hours.
