Would this be a good ball to play catch with against a cement wall? Looks like this is about the same size as a regulation baseball.

This ball size is like of tennis ball. It is a great ball for catching against a cement wall.

Can they be used in the dryer?

Yes, that is exactly why I purchased them. I did put them in an old sock though because I wasn’t sure if the writing on them would rub off. I don’t think it would have rubbed off, but I still keep them in the socks just to be sure.
