However, in truth, I dont know how to measure whether its effective or not. I am a kidney transplant (2x) patient and keeping my kidneys optimal is important. I have blood work done weekly and we look at many variables for kidney preservation or rejection, or other markers that show specific health of the kidney and my overall health in concert with the kidney. My latest blood work shows that there is some decline in kidney function. I do not know whether this product is having an adverse affect on my numbers.
