Review: excellant craftmanship - The Berket 3-way metal T-Adapter connected to the toilet tank leaked no matter how tight I made the connection, even with the use of Teflon tape. The T-Adapter that came with the Boss Bidet never leaked so it took me a while to figure out why some have complained about other brands of T-Adapters with a shut off valve leaking at the connection to the toilet tank. I replaced the rubber washer that came with this 3-way T-Adapter with the one that came with the Boss Bidet T-Adapter. This beveled rubber washer is thicker, one side is convex and the opposite side is flat. Once I replaced the washer and used Teflon tape, the leak finally stopped. The beveled rubber washer is installed with the flat side facing out. The Berket 3-way T-Adapter is an excellent quality product. It would be perfect if they did something about the flat rubber washer. I tried finding a beveled rubber washer at Home Depot, but they did not have one that would fit a 7/8" female end of the T-Adapter. I checked on desertcart and they sell one for a few pennies, but the shipping charge is over $5.00. It actually started to strip the plastic pipe coming out of my toilet. I tried it on two different toilets and the same thing happened. I dont know if this was defective, or if there are slightly different threading sizes in China.
