Can we use a 1lb propane tank?

I don't see why you can't, but we have been using the 5lb propane tanks..

Can a garden hose be conected to the water output for use with a kiddie pool?

you will need an adapter to convert pipe thread to a garden hose. This can be obtained at most hardware stores.

can you hook it up to a garden hose

Yes you can, it was very simple to hook up. We are happy with this product. We have 5 people showering daily. We have 5 gallon propane bottle hooked up and it last over a month. Water temperature is perfect.

Can place this heater inside the cabinet under the sink?? I’m talking about outdoor kitchen of-course, so there is no problem with carbon monoxide .
