Q: Does this come in a box? Like clear window box?

No, it arrived squished into a cheap plastic bag. Distorted and never holds it's shape. Piece of crap! It also stinks so bad of rubber, even after a year has gone by.

Q: Does it with a strong pungent smell?

Yes the smell is very strong. I would suggest to buy it early and air it out ... possibly some water and soap before you use it.

Q: Does it come distorted and mishappen? If so, how can I fix it?

It’s a good mask because it has really nice colors but it’s not well made I used the heat gun to try and straighten mine and it helped a little.

Q: Is it difficult to see out of?

A little bit. I kept pulling it down so I could see better. But for the amount of time I wore it, it was fine. The mask is awesome.
