I have tried dozens of different rubs and spice blends over the years, but I always find myself coming back to this Montreal Steak Seasoning. It has officially become my favorite because it hits that perfect balance of being flavorful without completely overpowering the natural taste of the meat. The coarse grind of the black pepper and garlic creates a fantastic crust on the outside of the steak, especially when searing at high heat on the grill. What I love most is the consistency. Every time I use it, I know exactly what I’m getting—a savory, slightly smoky, and salty kick that works just as well on a high-end ribeye as it does on a quick flank steak for tacos. It’s a very robust blend, so you don't need to add much else to get a restaurant-quality flavor right at home. The 28 oz bottle is a lifesaver because we grill out constantly, and the smaller grocery store sizes just don't last more than a few weeks in our house. This larger container is a much better value and ensures I’m never reaching into the pantry only to find I’m out of my "secret ingredient." If you want a reliable, classic flavor that never fails to impress guests, this is the one staple you need in your spice cabinet. It’s the only seasoning I truly trust to get the job done every single time.

I get it, everything ain't for everybody, but this seasoning works for me. I've tried so many different ones that I've lost count. I do have my favorites, but after ordering this and trying it out, I can honestly say that it stands up to those that cost twice as much for less than half the amount. Perfect amount of salt, pepper, garlic and onion that don't overpower one another. Very versatile as well...we use it on pork, steak, burgers, etc. So for the price point for the amount you get, you probably won't find a better value for a very decent seasoning.

This seasoning is a favorite with my family so finding it in this large size makes it easier to make it last more than a single use or two. We love the flavor and the price is reasonable.

This is my go-to spice for putting on my pork loin before I air fry it usually 5 lb. The one thing I did want to mention it seems like a less chunkier spice when you buy the small ones. I usually buy the I believe it's 28 Oz and that lasts for a long time and is a lot chunkier that I like. If you were grilling or just baking this goes great on steaks I remember many many years ago using this product but forgot about it for many years and tried to find it again well this is it. I add a little sea salt, more pepper, garlic powder, and paprika along with this spice to my pork loin and people say it is the best they've ever had.

Good on pork or chicken. Grill, roast, broil. Even use with extra virgin olive oil on turkey! Large grain salt. Just right. Good quality.

Il prodotto è buono, d'altronde McCormick (americano) è una garanzia in fatto di spezie ma è la logistica di Amazon che ha fatto acqua. Lo ho ordinato per ben 2 volte da 6,32 once ma mi è sempre arrivata la confezione da 3 once, la prima volta restituita la seconda me la sono tenuta così come è arrivata, anche se mi hanno restituito la differenza. Può capitare ma per ben 2 volte di fila è troppo per un colosso come Amazon.

I read about Montreal Steak seasoning recently but didn't know what to expect. I'd always found home cooked steak a bit bland. This seasoning used with Soy Sauce and Olive Oil marinade makes a great difference. Tender, succulent flavour filled steak. Highly recommend.
