I wasn't so sure to buy it after I read some comments complaining the strap is too short and the water bottle holder is tiny. But I saw the description saying the strap and bottle holder size was increased. So I decide to give it a try and I found the strap is adjustable and you can extend it to be really long(around 48" including the pack I would say). The strap clips made it easy to take off. Carrying a water bottle is a secondary function.
