Just what it says on the packet. Tasty mixed with almond butter and melted chocolate.i made a chocolate bar.

Purchased this for desserts. Good quality. When baked was smelling yummy and tasted so nice with strawberries and Nutella or pistachio sauce. Baking ability was very good. But I did feel was a little expensive.

The kataifi was very good quality and easy to toast, tasted perfect in the Pistachio and kunefa cheesecake. It is also good value for money.

One tip that really takes it up a notch: try toasting it in a pan over medium-low heat until it's golden brown. It takes a little patience, but the toasted kataifi develops an amazing toasty crunch and a much richer flavor. Just keep an eye on it because you don't want to rush it and burn it. I also really like the resealable bag, since I can use what I need and easily store the rest without transferring it to another container. I've had great results with it so far, and if you're making Dubai chocolate recipes and need kataifi/kadayif for that signature crunch, this has been a great option for me.

I toast this lightly in a pan with nothing and then add it to pistachio butter for the perfect mix to fill chocolates or top ice cream! It tastes great and is an enough to make a few large batches. I have purchased multiple times and the quality is on point.

This is an essential ingredient for making a Dubai-chocolate style filling (along with pistachio butter and tahini). It's very nice, fine texture holds up after being incorporated into the filling mix, remaining crunchy. You have to lightly toast the strands in a dry skillet until just turning lightly brown.
