Purchased this for desserts. Good quality. When baked was smelling yummy and tasted so nice with strawberries and Nutella or pistachio sauce. Baking ability was very good. But I did feel was a little expensive.

The kataifi was very good quality and easy to toast, tasted perfect in the Pistachio and kunefa cheesecake. It is also good value for money.

I also really like the resealable bag, since I can use what I need and easily store the rest without transferring it to another container. I toast this lightly in a pan with nothing and then add it to pistachio butter for the perfect mix to fill chocolates or top ice cream! It tastes great and is an enough to make a few large batches. I have purchased multiple times and the quality is on point.
