Not working as expected
It worked properly for only one year, and even during that time it did not provide full backup as mentioned in the description. I had a previous product that lasted more than 2 years and cost much less. Overall, this product is not as good as advertised.

Excellent product 👍🏻 truly value for money. But only issue was box did not contained and additional jump pins/plugs/multi connect cables for compatible devices., box included just one connecting cable which was lucky enough to connect with my wifi router. However product performance wise is good.

Replacement arriving after 40 days
The product delivered works for only 3 hours of battery time, while the claim is 4 hours. I have placed the order for exchange. The delivery person took the product. Now the date for the replacement product says 8th May, 2026. That's too far. Called Amazon customer care. No luck yet. Resonate team???? Are you seeing this message? 40 days to get a replacement product? Is this your service level agreement to deliver a replacement product??
