Qrevo Series Robot Vacuum and Mop, Upgraded from Qrevo S

This little robot is amazing!It can learn multiple floor plans avoid stairs doesn’t run into the walls. Can be really quiet. Has a bunch of settings. It learns the whole layout of the house then you add the rooms you can give it no go areas. You can have it clean specific rooms or just little areas that you want cleaned in the house. It fills up and empties itself. We have two shedding dogs one is a shepherd mix and one is a doodle and they shed like crazy. We used to have to vacuum once every two maybe three days. We had gotten a robot vacuum before even two and it just wasn’t working or keeping up with their hair. Another problem we were having is their footprints were everywhere all over the house, so it was really hard to keep the floors clean all the time and we were mopping every 2 to 3 days. We have ran this robot every day since we’ve got it. It cleans its pads before, and after every use, and we have yet to have to clean them ourselves, it empties itself it fills itself up. It has made all of the difference in the world we have not had to vacuum or mop the whole house in 10 days. There is a setting offered to avoid animal products so it will sense if there’s bowls or toys and not mess them up it also lifts the pads whenever it hits any carpet. It avoids running into you if you’re standing in front of it, it is not loud. It never runs into the walls and I’ve never had an issue with it. I will update if anything changes but get this robot over any other robot. I have friends that have the shark and it just is not the same and has issues all the time this vacuum mop robot is amazing!!! it is worth every penny!!!

So much better than expected. I was coming from an old (10 year old) iRobot vac that went around bumping into all of the walls and furniture and randomly cleaned the room to this really smart Roborock vac. First, it is super quiet! I can be on calls at work while it vacuums and mops without it being too loud to be on calls. Amazing. Second, it just works! It goes in a very organized fashion around the house. Third, it leaves our carpeted areas with crisp straight lines on the carpet - I love coming home to that.The app is really easy to use and provides a lot of options and customizations. It mapped out my house - I could then go back and add floor types, furniture and no go zones.The vacuum does an excellent job and gives me 4 or 5 different strengths to choose from. The mopping works surprisingly well and dries with no streaks (we got some of the Roborock floor mix). I've only had it get the mop head stuck on a power cord, so I'll add that area as a no-go zone.The dock is a little larger than I thought it would be, but we got white and it blends in nicely in a corner next to a light colored wall. The dock is really the most impressive piece - the way it cleans out the vacuum and then cleans & dries the mop heads.Anyway, very impressed and recommend this vacuum.

Update: 2 months in and I’m more in love with the Roborock than ever. The floors continue to be clean. Mine goes out every day. I don’t see any reason to wait days between cleaning. We named her Rosie (from the Jetsons), and she is the best bougie “splurge” we’ve indulged/spent on ourselves.Original review: I should wait a while to write this review, but after a week, I'm so in love with this machine that I just have to share. I've had robot vacs for a few years (Yeedi and Shark). None worked like this one. I've spent hours watching it work because I am so fascinated. I had my knee replaced last month, and was not able to sweep or mop, and my old robovac decided it didn't want to work anymore. This made me look for a new one. I am so glad I chose this one.Here are the reasons:1. It really does mop the floor. The 2 large mop heads lower themselves to the floor and then spin, which actually cleans the floor.2. It automatically raises and lowers the mop heads depending on what surface it is cleaning. The mop heads raise high enough that they do not even touch the carpeted areas while vacuuming. Amazing!3. The clean water tank and the dirty water tank are a great innovation. My other robot vacs had mop functions, but I never used them because they were difficult to fill and empty. This one does everything automatically. It fills itself from the clean tank and every 15 minutes (I chose this interval) cleans the mop heads with the clean water and the dirty water just goes into the dirty tank. The dirty water tank is easy to empty and clean. The clean one has the ability to auto fill with some plumbing work, but I'm never going to set that up. It's easy enough to just take the tank to the sink and fill it with water and a little bit of soap.4. The mapping of my house took about 15 minutes. The lidar on this thing is amazing. It didn't have to run around all over the floor to do the mapping. It just did a cursory crawl around each room and returned to the dock.5. Once the mapping is done, you will see it already knows when it entered a new room, so it partitions the house for you. Now you just touch the room and give it a name.6. The app took a minute to figure out. First you have to create a routine (choosing which rooms you want included in the routine from the map) and name it. Then you can go into the "Schedule" and create a schedule for each routine. I have mine set to fully vacuum everything first and then go back and mop the room twice. It was pretty easy to set. There are a few types of routines to choose from. The battery lasts through each routine, even though it goes back and cleans and empties itself multiple times.7. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. My life is filled with pet hair. My old robovacs used to get clogged easily and couldn't auto-empty. This one has a sensor that automatically knows when the canister in the vac is full, and it returns to empty it before it becomes so impacted. Then it resumes cleaning.8. I was able to tell it to return to the dock and clean the mop heads every 15 minutes while it is operating. This way, the heads don't just rub dirt all over the floor.9. It vacuums under the bed. Sounds obvious, but my old one used to get stuck under there all the time and I had to rescue it. No dust under the bed. So nice.10 The BEST THING...It is QUIET! Yes, it has an audible hum, but it's not squeaky or annoying. I don't mind it being in the room with me while I am working or watching TV. Some say it doesn't vacuum very hard, but I haven't seen any evidence of it leaving anything behind. The mopping function picks up any fine dust the vacuum may leave behind.Finally, this unit was expensive. I was able to get it here on Amazon at a really good price, so you may want to wait for a sale (which probably happens often). If money is not an object, then buy it at whatever price it is selling for. I mean it. You will really enjoy what this does for your brain. I'm not a clean freak, but I love not having pet hair and dirt all over my floors. It's nice not to have to worry about any of it anymore. I just get to enjoy clean floors.

I've had this unit for a bit over 8 months and it's junk. For context, this is a clean and well organized, ~2000 square foot, single level home, mostly hardwood and tile floors, with 2 adults, no kids, and a couple of very quiet cats who avoid the vacuum at all costs. Changes to the furniture layout are almost non-existent. This is not a challenging environment, and my $150 Eufy with no mapping ability did a fairly good job for years. This $450 piece of junk can't handle even one room unsupervised.The problem list is long, so buckle up:Let's start with the mapping:If you have a room with windows that reach the floor, like a sun room, it will get itself into an endless loop while mapping in that room and drive in circles until the battery dies, never completing the mapping. It apparently cannot use the bumpers that tell it there is glass there, and it endlessly tries to find a way outside. On the 4th attempt to get it to map (having to charge between each attempt) I finally got it to work after spending 20 minutes covering all the windows in the sun room with paper and old cardboard so it wouldn't get lost.Now, 8 months later, for no apparent reason (no changes to furniture was made other than moving a single dining table 3 feet to one side, it has corrupted the map and most of the house appears slightly rotated, and there are random walls in the wrong place. It is now skipping areas it used to cover, because it thinks there are walls there now, and it occasionally just gets lost and ends up stuck in a corner of a room it has cleaned before.That means I get to spend another 20 minutes digging cardboard out of the recycling bin and piling it in front of the windows so it can remap the house.Next: Cleaning modes!The default cleaning mode, "vac & mop" is *useless*, and I've heard the same from another owner. Ostensibly, it both mops and vacuums at the same time. It doesn't. Instead, it does neither, and just smears soggy dust bunnies around the floors and leaves them for you to pick up yourself.If you can actually get the bloody thing to use the correct settings, and clean the entire room, it does a pretty good job! Unfortunately that's about 50% of the time.This brings me to the app:It's a mess.I've attempted to change the settings for individual room cleaning modes so it will use the "Vacuum then mop" mode that actually works, and for whatever reason, it only saves these changes for about half the rooms, despite multiple attempts, an app reinstall, a map wipe and remapping, and firmware updates. I've attempted *repeatedly* to set it for the kitchen, for example, and yet I still have to change the cleaning settings every single time I run the vacuum, or it switches back to smearing soggy debris around.Sometimes, even if all the settings are correct, and it seems to start out correctly, at some point it just decides to ignore them and does it's own thing for no apparent reason, including skipping entire rooms, or only mopping one part of a room.The app is spectacularly unintuitive. There's apparently no way to change the default "whole house cleaning" settings permanently. It reverts to the useless vac & mop mode every time it runs, so I've never used it. I have to set a custom room cleaning, or build specific routines, which it manages to complete without skipping large chunks of the tasked area about half the time.The behavior of this thing is so erratic, I can only presume they've got a demented instance of Grok running the thing. I'd get more consistent and thorough results handing my 4 year old niece a broom and telling her to "go sweep the house", and that wouldn't cost me $450. She works for cookies and hugs.

I own three of these. One was used at my former home; the other 2 were purchased for my 3 level new home (basement, 1st flr, 2nd flr)."Are you crazy? Are you made of money? What a waste. You're lazy!"It could be that all of those are true. It could be that none of them are. I believe that none of them are. I work A LOT. And while I am infatuated with the ease of mopping with those manual "tornado" spin mops, I am also an automation freak.The older version (which is close to identical and uses the same parts -- which I still own and use) impressed me quite a bit as far as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping. It impressed me enough that when the other two went on sale, I purchased additional ones for this probably too large house. Total spend is probably $1,600 for all three over the course of 2-3 years. I also bought knock off replacement parts (filters, bags, mop heads) and they work great.Here's what you do to have a good experience: I don't run them on a schedule. I manually run them. This forces me to walk the house to make sure there are no dog accidents or unnecessary debris on the floor. My robots have never encountered dog urine or dog poop so I can't really say whether this device would identify and handle it. I think I would like to avoid testing out it's avoidance abilities in that regard. But, I do want to get rid of anything laying on the floor so dog beds go up on the couch, scale gets picked up and stuff like that. If you are going to vacuum and mop, try to vacuum and mop everything. Phone charging cords and the most likely culprit for getting tangled.Once I walk the house and see that there's an unobstructed path and everything has been picked up, then I run a cleaning cycle. You could choose a full cycle or just some areas or just some rooms. Useful if you work from home and do not want a robot in there. Works great. You can also define "No Go" zones on a map. Works great.(My gf has those really long pile area rugs that are like fake animal fur -- like the pile is wispy and 3" long -- and these do not play well with those rugs -- they get stuck every time. No Go allows us to clean everything and the robot avoids the rugs perfectly.)The bottom line is that you are the one with the brain, not the robot. Put the robot in a position to help you. Make the robot's job easy and you will be very happy. If you have pets or kids, DO NOT run it on a schedule Walk the house first.1. Walk the area and pick up.2. Check waste and water tanks and garbage bag and dump/fill if necessary;3. Run it.4. Dump/refill tanks so its ready to go the next time.I will often run basement, first floor and second floor at the same time. The layouts are complicated, but the robots have no problem. It rarely gets stuck. Occasionally, a magnetic mop pad will come loose, which is an easy fix. For the most part, these things run very quietly and they do a fantastic job.My basement is all tile and my workout room has thick rubber mats. The robot goes up and cleans the mats and cleans everything else very well.My first floor is wood floors plus tile and includes a laundry room a bathroom, kitchen, etc. Because the floor tile is that 'rough stone' texture, it does make a clicky clack sound, but it also does a very nice job of mopping and vacuuming. We have a couple of low pile rugs and there's never a problem with them or anything else on the first floor. The area and room features are usefull to vac and mop the kitchen area after food prep.The second floor has bedrooms with really old carpet and the rest is tile or wood floors. The vacuum picks up an unbelievable amount of legacy (before I bought the house) hair and dust out of those carpets. I mean, literally an unbelievable amount. Every time it runs, I will sometimes have to manually clean out the bin because of the volume of the hair. After the fifth or sixth cleaning, this is no longer an issue, but it still is pulling up so much legacy dog hair and dust. Quite impressive power.I run these weekly or in addition as needed with a small amount (table spoon or two or three) of liquid cleaner like Mr. Clean or Lysol and that seems to work very well. I'd avoid putting in a lot because you do not want internal parts to get 'gummy' or clogged.Overall, these are some of the best technology I've ever purchased. My oldest is maybe 3 years old and still runs perfectly. I look forward to using these for a long, long time. They save me probably 3+ hours per week.

I’ve been using the Roborock Qrevo S Pro and it has exceeded my expectations. The vacuum has excellent suction and easily picks up dust, crumbs, and debris from both hard floors and rugs. The mopping feature leaves my floors looking clean without streaks, and I love that it automatically washes and dries the mop pads, so I don’t have to deal with dirty mops myself.The mapping was fast and accurate, and the app is easy to use. I can schedule cleanings, customize rooms, and set no-go zones without any issues. It navigates around furniture well and rarely gets stuck.One of my favorite features is how little maintenance it requires. Between the self-emptying dock and automatic mop maintenance, I spend very little time thinking about it—it just does its job.However, it seems like it had a little bit of quirks with cleaning the same area multiple times and was not mapping a room in my house saying there was weird obstacles when there.Overall, this has made keeping my home clean much easier. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum and mop that performs well and saves time, I highly recommend the Roborock Qrevo S Pro.Will give the last full star update when using it a few more times

The Roborock Qrevo S Pro has easily become one of our favorite purchases for the house this year. The amount of customization it offers is incredible, you can adjust everything from the vacuum suction power to the mop water level depending on what kind of cleaning you need. The mapping technology is seriously impressive. It quickly learned the layout of our home and navigates around furniture with amazing accuracy. Setting up scheduled cleaning routines has been a game changer, too. We can have the floors cleaned automatically without even thinking about it. It does an excellent job vacuuming and mopping, and the app is easy to use with plenty of useful options. The battery lasts so long it could clean our house 4x over and still have plenty of charge left. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that combines convenience, smart features, and outstanding cleaning performance, this one is absolutely worth it and it’s reasonably priced!

I’m a longtime robot vacuum user, starting with the roomba first gen. (Which I think I bought on Woot, remember that?). I eventually upgraded to the i7.The i7 also did a good job but my little grandkids were afraid of it, even to the point of nightmares. It was quite loud, and it also required monitoring for cords and things and a lot of maintenance since I had both dogs and cats. Since the kids spent a lot of time here, I got stopped using it and bought a Dyson. Which works but I still hate vacuuming. I don’t know why I hate that chore so much but I do.The kids are now older and robots have progressed. One that avoids obstacles and mops, vacs and is quiet sounded good to me. So Prime Day rolled around and now so does my Roborock.I’m so impressed with it. First, it is very quiet. My house is open floor plan but I can run it in the kitchen and watch TV and cannot even hear it. Even if it’s in the same room it is quiet enough to still watch.It avoids my many obstacles. My dogs leave toys around, my style is midcentury so everything is on legs. And I feel that if I have to run around and pick stuff up before setting it free, I might as well vacuum myself. Fortunately the lidar works well. It skips the dog, as well as the dog toy. One of my dogs play bowed when they first saw it and the other slept right through. (The older old roombas scared them too).The mopping function is great. I was afraid it would leave wet streaks crossing carpets but that has not happened. It didn’t come with a sample of cleaner and it seems pretty picky about what you use, so I mopped with just water. It does a good job and knows to stop at carpets edge. I bought the special cleaner and added that.The mapping function is much better than I’m used to, you can make it 3d or add furniture it’s quite clear where it’s been.Now for the app: it’s fairly intuitive if you’ve used these things before, but there are some issues. Minor ones, like the 24 hour clock not being changeable. I don’t know why we can’t switch from military time. There seem to be a lot of steps if you just want to vacuum one room. Unless I’m wrong, you have to enter the vac, go to the map, click on the room, change the type of cleaning and it doesn’t save, so I have to do that every time. To be fair, I have not watched any videos yet on it but to be even fairer, the Roborock doesn’t have an explanation, and I still RTFM. . I went to the FAQ to see if I could change from military time and got some strange answers. But I’m sure a YouTuber has it figured out.The big test will be when I show the grandkids, but I think their fear was mostly the sound. That won’t be an issue anymore.I’m glad I bought it.

This is the best thing I have ever purchased. I have had this robot for 5 months now and I’m still so appreciative every day of the weight it has lifted.The app is very easy to use and I’m able to create my own routines for certain days or deep cleaning or after dinner cleaning or just front entry way or certain rooms. It’s brilliant. I can set what type of floor I have and which direction the wood floor boards face so I never have streaks. I have no go zones around my dog food or wobbly mirror. It’s brilliant.I use this robot almost every night when I go to bed so when I wake up in the morning my house is spotless. Something about waking up to those freshly vacuumed uniform lines on my carpet is the best feeling. I’ll set it to clean my front rug when I’m at work just so I can come home to those clean lines.I have a black pug that sheds a ton and this robot has no issues with pet hair. Even with my light beige rugs after the robot does its thing there isn’t a single hair left behind! Hair and dirt like to gather at the edge of carpets but the way this thing goes along the carpet edges is crazy it gets everything!!The mopping is also brilliant. It lifts its dual spinning when it senses carpet and I think the spinning gives the floor a decent scrub instead of most robots that just drag a wet cloth around.I could go on for hours about all the things I love about this robot. I got it on sale for around $400 and it was worth every penny. Also I found replacement filters and bags and such on amazon for super cheap!

Game changer!! My floors get vacuumed and mopped every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 day 👏🏻 and all I do is press a button! Here’s what I love and why I bought this one specifically:1. I already had a roborock that replaced our very old roomba last year. Roomba was great and went the distance, we had that thing for more than 10 years but the technology moves so fast and the suction wasn’t was it used to be a so we retired our faithfulness vacuum friend. When looking for a new one I was wanting vacuum only like the roomba was, but I wanted the self emptying feature and good suction. After looking around at all my options I grabbed a roborock as the reviews were good and so was the price. I love this robot!!! Love the app, love the quietness and etc. 10/10 no notes. Which leads us to point 2 👇🏻2. I decided I needed to retire myself from mopping :) I had briefly owned a roomba that mopped in the early days of that technology and it really wasn’t worth the effort of setting it up, cleaning the pads, filling its little detachable head and baby sitting it so it didn’t leak on my floor or whatever. Wasn’t thrilled. But the technology has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 10 years as the new roborock showed me so I decided to give it a try. I went looking at roborock as I was happy with my upstairs vacuum-only vacuum and was already familiar with the app functionality and all. I waited for a sale during the holidays and went for it. Now to the review 👇🏻3. It’s SO quiet. It cleans SO well. It is very smart. It is very low maintenance on my end, I just empty and rinse the dirty canister every couple of days and refill the clean one. I love used it daily since I purchased it on Boxing Day and each time I feel like a spoiled brat. No more crunchies on the floors, no more marks from bare feet or dog feet, cooking etc, just clean floors every single day for the time commitment of a water refill. I’m sold 100 times over.About me: hubby and three kids, all their friends, two scruff-shedding dogs, medium sized townhouse with two levels, bottom level is laminate with area rugs, top is all carpet. The battery on the upstairs vacuum-only gets low doing 4 bedrooms, the hallway and the bathrooms but doesn’t run out. The battery on the downstairs one doing the vacuum/mop get to maybe 50% battery and cleans the whole place in about an hour, with mop pad cleans between each room.I really like this machine, it’s one of those spends that feels frivolous and made me nervous but now that I have it I would make the decision again. I legit only need to vacuum my stairs now, what the heck, so much time for activities.

I am genuinely happy to have this roborock qrevo 35a vacuum and mop swries with 8000P suction. This is my first time getting a robot vacuum and i could be more happy about having it as it really helped in cleaning our house very conveniently while being able to do other chores.Pros:1. Design - the design i got is white and very sleek, perfect for my light colored living room, it does occupy space but not a lot. I love how it perfectly fits under my side table so i practically do not use a space.2. Dual purpose - the mop and vacuum combo is perfect! I usually usually use both modes in one run so it sucks dirt and mop the floor in one run. It is very convenient!3. It is very smart. It auto cleans and auto dries, making it very convenient to use, withour the mop stinking. It can climb over heights of arounf 2cm which is kinda great. It also doesnt bump because the sensors work well so it can find its way really smartly.4. The app is easy to use and connect. It creates a map of your house so you can customize area to be cleaned/avoid etc.I am very ecstatic about getting this. I love it so much and im happy i got it on sale. It is such an amazing product worthy of recommending. <3
