I was going to process a replacement for it, but wasn't able to. Only able to do a refund upon the return. My husband was able to fix it with Gorilla Glue so I wouldn't have to send it back and then order a new one. The other reviews are correctr. The edges are a little rough for my liking, but as long as a don't have a low cut shirt on, it's ok. I bought it to replace a unique one that I had lost.
