Was ok. Def need 2 or more people to apply product. No tools come with film, so buy a set when you order film.

Go with the gray. At first I got the white, which you can see on the left. It lets in a lot more light. I needed to block glare so then I purchased the gray. It's not too dark but was better at blocking glare.

Good product, worked fine for covering my individual garage windows to stop my neighbor from peeking in to see if I'm home.The best way to peel the protective film off after you have cut it to size is to use double-sided sticky tape, putting it down on a table. Press just a tiny bit of the corner of the cut piece down on it. Then use the supplied lifting tape to pull up on that corner. It may take a try or two but by having the sticky tape hold that corner down, the protective film will lift up then you can peel it off.

I used the Coavas Total Blackout Window Film 100% Light Blocking film. Backing was easy to remove and with soap and water, it was a breeze to install. premeasured and pre-cut, watered and soaped both the windows, peeled the backing off, and soaped and watered the backing. put it on and used an old gift card to get everything leveled out and all the bubbles out. Cut around the ends with a super-sharp razor. wipe all the excess soap and water. If you didn't have excess water and soap then you probably didn't use enough and might have issues when it dries.

I frosted all the lower portion of the windows in my house. Partially for privacy but also for heat control. We have windows all the way around and the sun beats done through the day but I also enjoy keeping the blinds open. It has helped quite well. Very happy with the purchase and was an easy install.
