I love this juice and I drink it before bed. It helps me get a deeper sleep and tastes great. I add a teaspoon to water and a bit of apple juice. A little goes a long way.

I began taking 1 tablespoon of this product with a new product called Olipop prebiotic soda and a dash of pepper about a month ago thinking maybe it will work or maybe not. I take it at 8:00 pm every night and go to bed at 10:00pm. I've had the best sleep that I've had in 5+ years of getting up to pee at night every 2 hrs. I've read the reviews with the broken cap or bad taste. I make sure that a company named Luminize sends it to me. They wrap the bottles with bubble wrap, tape and packing. Never have I had a problem with their shipping. Highly recommend.

I purchased this tonic to releave arthritis pain in my hips, back, and hands. I take it with a few ounces of water first thing every morning, and within a few minutes I begin to experience relief that lasts approximately eight hours. Great stuff!!!

I mix it with my other powder healthy drinks I drink! They make them taest better!

The lid is broke and it leak a little out

While the flavor is not fantastic delicious, I still want the health benefits it provides, so I add one tablespoon to 4 oz. Welches Grape Juice in a glass w/crushed ice each evening w/dinner. Pretty good. And gives some joint pain relief.
