The scallions are thicker than I've ever seen and I've had to cut them back three times already. The color lights make it difficult to see if your plant are unhealthy because they aren’t green under the color lights. If you are growing indoors the color lights cast their purplish color into your room. **Q: What are the lumens for each light?** A: Perfect grow light for indoor grow! **Q: Would you recommend this model for tomatoes?** A: Bit confused here because in the question before this you said they were 3500k and a month later say 5000k. Which is it? **Q: Are these good for tomatoes, strawberries, and peppers? Or just seedlings and microgreens?** A: The only trouble I've had is that the seedling plants quickly grow into the lights, but I'm set up for seedlings on stacked shelves. You need to be able to move the lights up as the plants grow. Side lighting would also help. Plants will grow fast and will be hungry, so provide adequate water, fertilizer and micronutrients. Kale, spinach and chard are very tasty grown under these lights. Beware of fungus gnats and other pests. Cord to link them together is a good length and allows easy placement without too many constraints. Might be nice to have shorter cords included as well, as I had to tie up the excess when I put two fixtures side by side over my seedling starting shelf, but I'd rather have extra length and tie it up vs having the cord be too short. This newer version uses slightly different placement for the power connection, which didn't match up to my previously designed 3D Printed mounts, but that wasn't a huge issue, just had to move them slightly in my CAD program to match the new location.
