Not a good product
Do not purchase this. It would not charge after the first day. I am still trying to get a prepaid label and they have not sent it to return the product.

We bought two of them love the scooters. The only problem we have is the tires pop, barely often and really easy so we’re trying to buy some tires that don’t need air for it but other than that, the product is fast the battery last and it’s so much fun to ride on.

Garbage product took it out of the box and after one honk the battery dies after 2 hours of charging…

Don't let the battery run out BC's will lock in safe mode and u need to open the whole scooter over and over again NOT WORTHY THE MONEY BUY ANOTHER ONE

Won't charge, buy at risk of total loss
Wouldn't charge from day 1, seller issued a sham return shipping label that couldn't be used, and return shipping through a valid shipping service will cost almost the entire cost of the purchase. Horrible experience, seller, and product
