I have used different type of muscle scrapers and I can tell this is very different. I love the heat feature and found it unique and effective. Using this electric massage tool along with meta Gua Sha guarantees flexible fascia which is essential for athletes. I use it almost everyday at home as part of my rehab process for my calves, arms, shoulders and neck and I feel my muscles are less stiff comparing to past.

Heard fast, shuts off before 20 min, have to restart. Non ergonomic and weird to hold. Did love how lite it was but wish the design was better.

Iit's very poorly designed. It's very clunky, can't really get a good enough grip to get any kind of pain relief The settings are in the way so you might accidentally hit a button and mess up the settings while using it. It does shock you in some areas, be aware of that. Be sure to use oil, it does come with some. I've been using it as a nice heated gua-sha tool for the face and neck at this time, to use it anywhere else is useless. I had high hopes for this, not worth the price
