Very happy with purchase in a decent value for money price! Build quality is solid, USB C support is helpful. It connects to both 3.5mm and bluetooth, audio quality for general listening is good. There's enough bass but other elements are clear too.I listen very less but it still played for 2 hours or so till now, the first charge of battery it's still going on...

I recently purchased a Bluetooth speaker from boAt, and my initial experience left me disheartened due to persistent crackling sounds. However, I'm pleased to say that the replacement unit completely turned things around, and I'm now thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.My initial excitement for this speaker was quickly dampened when I encountered the crackling sound issue. It was a considerable annoyance as it marred what should have been a superb audio experience. I tried adjusting settings, rebooting devices, and even consulting customer support, but the issue remained unresolved.Thankfully, the customer support team was responsive and understanding. They promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me. I was somewhat skeptical but hopeful that the replacement would provide the quality sound experience I had initially hoped for.To my delight, the replacement speaker exceeded my expectations. It's safe to say that the crackling issue was isolated to the first unit, and this new speaker delivered pristine sound quality. Why did you pick this product vs others?:BOAT BRAND NAME IS SURE ABOUTH BETTER SOUND QUALITY PRODUCT AND LOWEST PRICE COMPARE TO OTHERS PRODUCT DELIEVER ON TIME WELL PACKAGING WITH BOAT ORIGINAL AND NEW BRAND BOX, SOUND IS VERY GOOD 16W AND I PLAYED FOR THREE DAYS THREE TO FOUR HOURS FROM PURCHASING BATTERY IS NOT DRAIN AT 60% SOUND

Couldn't expect this sound quality in such a price range. its fantastic. Longer battery life and not too heavy to carry around. Good build quality and sound. Easy connectivity. Good volume, sometimes you havet to increase volume from the speaker to make it louder.

They sell this one with bass as a USP, whereas bass is exactly what this piece lacks. I compared this with few other speakers, and it just sounds really bad. Considering I paid 1699 for it, it's really not worth the price. And guess what? Amazon has a No return policy on this, so u can NOT have it replaced with another product or return it to get a refund. So now I'm stuck with a product that I hate. I can only get it replaced with the same product (lol) in case it's defective. I think Amazon is doing this for a lot of electronic items off late, which I honestly feel will discourage people from buying electronic items from Amazon, and instead compel them to go to their nearby electronic shops that offer more flexibility and option to test these items before buying.I'd rather go for slightly more expensive but more reliable brands, that offer more flexibility in terms of exchange, return or refund.Boat speakers are usually cheaper compared to other brands, but know this that the lower price comes with its own drawbacks. I strongly feel their parts are of inferior quality, because twice it has happened with my older Boat speakers that they stopped working one fine day, no mishandling, no falling, no liquid spills, just stopped working standing at its place. That too just a year after purchase when warranty was over. Their service centers are very few even in big cities, so it's usually not worth travelling distances to get these repaired since you bought it cheap in the first place. I don't know what made me buy this piece of junk.Anyway, would suggest people to be aware of this. Personally , I would be staying as far away from Boat as a brand as possible.
