Has helped me bigtime
This pillow is rather stiff and I thought that would bother me, yet it has actually been quite fine. The only thing I would consider is possibly going with a roll pillow that is the 6" diameter instead of 9". I am using it just fine but it feels rather "large" under the bedspread and the legs are up a little more than I anticipated. In the end, I have no back pain in the morning. I am hoping this is just a spurt where I use it once in a while and not every night anyway. I took the cover off immediately as I heard "crunching" and the inner pillow was covered in a plastic bag. You would hear that all night if you moved around. Rather tight to get it zippered back up but it got there.

It eased the pain in my hips.
No lie!! I've been having issues with my right hip for at least 11 years now. To the point where I have gotten steroid shots in the past. It helped, for a while, but sometime later the pain would come and go. Fast forward to 2026, the pain has been more consistent. To the point where i would sleep with a regular pillow between my knees. I ordered the bolster pillow. Layed face down on the bed with the pillow under my hip area for about 10 minutes. Rolled back and forth on it about 10 times and got up. WHEN I TELL YOU MY MOBILITY IS MUCH BETTER. IT'S AS IF I HAD TAKEN SOMETHING FOR MY PAIN. I HAVE NO PAIN. I've only gotten on it twice and I've only had it less than 7 days but i haven't felt this good or moved this pain free in about a year. I rate this pillow a 10. My best purchase of the year so far. I just hope anybody else having the same issue as me, get the same relief as me.

Love this bolster for sciatica
I’m very happy with this bolster. The first one I ordered was a memory foam that was flat on one side, flattened out right away and did nothing for sciatica. This one is firm, doesn’t flatten at all and works like a charm. The cover fabric is very soft and it looks decent on the bed when it’s made up.
