Honestly could not function without these! These are the perfect boosts needed to get through the day and tastes great! I wake up pretty early to go to the gym and I drink my standard energy drink/pre workout but by the time 2-4pm rolls around I tend to get sleepy and eyes get heavy, that’s when I pop one of these in to get me the perfect amount of energy to get me through the rest of the day and not too much to keep me up at night. On my rest days I will pop about 3 or 4 at work to keep me focused and energized in a high stress environment. Since bringing them to work, I’ve seen 4 other coworkers hop on the neuro gum train. I didn't notice any more energy or focus than normal. It says spearmint but tasted yucky to me. I didn't notice any side effects except a horrible after taste. Would not buy these again.

This gum is a fantastic way for me to get my morning boost. Also works great throughout the day whenever I am getting run down. I am physically lifted without jitters. I am mentally lifted without issues. I use this gum on a regular basis and it continues to perform. One negative. Sometimes I will receive a bag that has older gum and the chewing is not as smooth in the beginning as when I receive the fresher product.
