I’m very pleased with this little tank. I bought it for my hermit crab, and it’s the perfect size / shape (longer than it is tall). It was long enough to do sand and peat and hold a food bowl, a saltwater and freshwater pool, as well as some toys, shells, and plants. That said, I can’t speak to the filtration system, but I do keep fish as well and can’t help but think this is too powerful for a tank this size. I truly think it would likely kill the fish (and the tank is fairly small for a fish of any time anyway). In short, this makes an excellent terrarium for plants or crabs or perhaps a small reptile, but I’m skeptical of its functionality as a fish tank. Still, five stars for my uses.

Fast shipping well packaged, great tank. This is a great size for this tank. The dimensions are great for a betta and a few friends. I’m not crazy about the items that comes with this tank I’m just interested in the fish tank itself. It’s a good size for me to make a planted ecosystem for my little friends. A few dyi adjustments and it’s perfect. Will update this when it’s all done.

Great little tank, perfect for one betta or a few tetras. However, the cover is two unconnected pieces that don’t close down tightly. Keep that in mind. My cats so far have been good about this and about the fact that I keep the feeding portals open, but your pets might not. I love that it’s a longer rectangle as many varieties of fish like swimming back and forth v. up and around the top of a tank. The shape affords more space that way. Please also note that I have my own blue/white light in the tank. It looks gorgeous all set up and Betta Blue is very happy.

This little betta tank worked perfect for my needs! The size and depth is perfect and my betta is so much more active now that it is not as deep but much wider than his previous tank. The lighting is a little low, I wish it had the puck light in both sides of the lid. Leave it off during the day and on at night and it would be the perfect childs night light! It is small so really only good for a betta or maybe some shrimp or a few small neons, nothing larger than that. The filter is a little strong for a betta so I just put his sponge filter in and will use the one that came with it on the larger tank. All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

This tank sucks. Water is leaking out of 2 of the bottom corners, lids do not stay on and the filter is terrible.

So, gravel doesn’t even cover the bottom all the way. The lid has a small gap which isn’t to bad but I have a crayfish baby in the tank and any crack is not good. The filter, very strong maybe to strong and the air line adjustable knob didn’t work on mine at all so I just capped it and the second opening to make the flow lower and hopefully not to strong for crayfish. Will try and update again in a few weeks. So, update is not a good tank the light that comes with it is to stronge and causes green algae to grows the filter wasn’t really great either. I changed filter to try again but no luck and now I am buying a whole new aquarium and trashing this one. I was having to change and clean the tank more then a week about ever 4 days a all I have is a baby crayfish in it.
