I have to take off and put my watch many times a day, however the velcro is still strong and easy to adjust. The only issue is that the strap is too long, the flap of the strap goes all the way around my wrist and nearly touching the watch on the other side. The velcro doesnt grip due to stitching and the flap sometimes get caught and rips the strap off. And my wrist is not the smallest either.
