Mostly feelings of anxiety and waking in the middle of the night worrying about anything and everything. I have now started taking these perimenopause supplements and feel like more of myself and the feelings of being paranoid are so much better. I don’t suffer with physical perimenopause symptoms so can’t comment on that but more of the mood issues. Doctors I don’t feel are interested probably because I’m only 41 but these are just brilliant!! And now I don’t need to take loads of separate supplements which don’t seem to work anyway!
